Area charter school being sued over creationism issue
Comparing the theory of creationsim to evolution in a charter school science class violates the seperation of church and state. That's according to an attorney for 5 parents who sued a Wyoming charter school. Kary Love is representing the parents who say Vanguard Charter Academy illegally exposed their children to relgion at school. He told a federal judge that teaching creationism in a science classroom indicates that creationism was being taught as a scientific principle.
